Kathryn has six years' business development and marketing experience, in addition to five years' account management experience. Throughout this time she has had exposure of working for SMEs through to global organisations, such as DHL.
In recent years Kathryn has made the change from the sales arena to the learning & development arena. She has transferred her business and management knowledge to the classroom to successfully deliver CMI accredited management courses, customer care courses and presentation skills courses.
Kathryn's style of training is relaxed. However, she works hard to ensure her sessions appeal to all types of learners (visual, audio and kinaesthetic). Her sessions involve lots of delegate participation to stimulate learning and ensure theory is correctly applied. Kathryn stretches herself through continuous professional development to ensure she can deliver the best learning experience to her delegates.
Outside of the training classroom is a keen runner, completing various 10k and half marathon races.
