Multi-channel Marketer (Level 3)

This new Multi-channel Marketer Level 3 qualification combines the key elements of the old Marketing Assistant and the Digital Marketing Assistant courses. It is an entry level course designed for those who are starting their marketing career and aims to provide a solid foundation of marketing skills and knowledge.

Typical responsibilities include:

The course is intended to enable apprentices to play an active part in the marketing team and help them to:

  • Drive customer engagement and retention through the definition, design, build and implementation of campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Be involved in market research, campaign monitoring, and analytics.
  • Be responsible for the parts of campaigns within their area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy and plans, and have responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan.

What Are the Level 3 Modules?

This apprenticeship is designed to meet the requirements for registration as an Affiliate member with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). The Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours are delivered across the 11 duties of the Multi-channel marketer Standard, and in the following modules:

  • Situation Analysis
  • Strategy
  • Tactics
  • Action
  • Control

Entry Requirements:

We offer apprenticeships to individuals living in England (the employer may be headquartered overseas).

The employer must agree that 20% of the apprentices working week will be dedicated to off-the-job training (workshops / research based activities / mentor sessions / professional events / time spent with sales team or customer service / projects and tasks that apply to the apprenticeship learning).

Apprentices must have Level 2 English and Maths, or be able to achieve these before taking the Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan, or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship's English and maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.

A British Sign Language (BSL) qualification is an alternative to the English qualification for those whose primary language is BSL.
