Toby Townrow(MAC) is a passionate and enthusiastic trainer dedicated to providing professionals with quality learning that is highly interactive but can also deliver tangible results back to the learner’s organisation.
Toby has had a long and successful career in management and training in a number of sectors including Retail, Contact Centres, Customer Service, Foodservice, Sales and Marketing, working for such high profile companies as Unilever, Virgin Media and Dixons Stores Group. More recently he has been providing training for a number of corporate clients such as Siemens, Al Jazeera Bank, AlMajdouie, Goody Foods Company, Cognifide, BAM Nuttall, Costain and the Royal Mint amongst others.
Specialising in areas such as Leadership and Management, Communication and Sales, he has provided numerous training programmes for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and holds a level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Toby is a full member of the Association of Coaches
(AC) and is also a Licensed Instructor in both Mind Mapping and Applied Innovation (via Open Genius). Toby is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds a Level 3 Award in both Assessing Vocational Qualifications and First Aid in the Workplace.
