Tutor support

Our customers quite rightly expect the best. They expect the best environment to learn in, the best quality materials, the most efficient and enjoyable mode of learning and the best tutors.

When we appoint a tutor to our team we are looking to that person to be an outstanding individual. We do not employ anybody who just teaches for the sake of it. Our trainers are practitioners in the field in which they teach. They are specialists, and they have probably been at the top of their game for many years.

We have two types of tutor that you may come into contact with. The first is one who will deliver a face to face workshop. These individuals are chosen based on their in-depth knowledge of the subject, but most importantly because of their entertainment value. They must be able to keep you interested, motivated and engaged no matter what the topic.

The second tutor you will be in contact with is your remote support tutor. These people need to be able to meet the tight timescales study support entails. They need to be able to provide high quality feedback in a way that the delegate can easily understand, and they need to do this in an empathetic and supportive manner, and most importantly they need to give you the advice you need that will help you pass the assessment.
