Cambridge Professional Academy is an organisation that knows what its strengths are. That means we do not try to branch out into offering services which quite frankly we do not understand or excel at. Our strength lies in the good quality provision of marketing qualifications, digital marketing qualifications, sales qualifications, management qualifications and purchasing and supply qualifications.

To do this we have brought together a team of the very highest standard. The team consists of three distinct groups of people:-

• Our core management and administration staff
• Our delivery and tutor support team
• Companies who are able to add value to our core offer of professional qualifications

We spend a lot of time and effort making sure that everyone involved in our business works well together and understands how we support each other. The one thing you will never hear from us is 'Sorry, that's not my job'.  Anyone who has dealt with us will tell you that one of the most memorable aspects of our organisation is how hard we try to serve our customers and how much we care.

Our team is hand-picked to ensure that we continue to offer a service of the very highest standard. After all, we should practice what we preach in our courses!
