Support Staff

In addition to your workshop and Support Tutors we have a team of dedicated Support Staff who are available to help you with any queries not related to your studies for a specific module. The whole qualification programme is overseen by Martin Hutchins, our Managing Director, and administrative issues and general support is provided by the Student Services Team.

At Professional Academy we pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer. Very often our support team are able to offer help and advice not only related to the logistical process of studying with us, but also on occasion related to the actual content of the courses. This is because we make a point of putting our team through the very same courses that we offer to our customers.
