Whether you are thinking about beginning a career in sales or you have been working in a sales or business development role for some time, we offer varying levels of the ISMM professional sales courses all of which are accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA), allowing you progress through the stages as you develop your skills and career.

Certificate in Sales and Marketing - Providing an overview of the role of sales and the customer relationship this qualification is ideal for new or aspiring field sales professionals, or students in either secondary or further education with some experience of sales.

Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing - Building on previous sales experience to develop a more theoretical understanding of sales and the practical applications this level is designed for experienced sales professionals who are possibly already responsible for managing others and allocating resources.

Level 5 Qualification - The Diploma in Sales and/or Account Management qualification provides the opportunity to specialise your knowledge by developing existing sales and/or account management experience to a more senior level. It is suited for established or aspiring sales managers, or account managers with responsibility for planning and developing courses of action.

Executive Diploma in Strategic Sales and Account Management - Designed for those working at a senior  Sales or Account Management level, this qualification develops more of the sales and mangement skills to a strategic level including sales and marketing planning, competitive strategies and resources management.
