Qualification enrolment

Enrolling onto your chosen qualification is a quick and simple process. 

Your application form should be completed in conjunction with the prospectus which contains all information on pricing and entry criteria.  Prior to completing your application please ensure the following is confirmed and available:

• all payment methods and funding (including external funding bodies)
• company supplier documentation (if required)
• any reference or purchase order number (if required)

All information provided on your application form is used for enrolment and invoicing purposes. Any amendments made once your application form has been processed will incur an administration charge. 

Payment options

We offer various payment options for Self-funding students, all with the first payment due on application.

1.  Full payment - you can pay for the full qualification fees and Institute fees (where applicable) when you apply for the qualification.

2.  Staged-payment option of either two, four or eight consecutive monthly payments is available for all of the qualifications:-

• The two  staged payments option (Introductory Certificate in Marketing and Certificate in Sales & Marketing only). The first payment is half of the total qualification fees and is due on application with the second payment due the following month, a valid credit/debit card is required for this option.

• For the four staged payments option (excluding Introductory Certificate in Marketing and Certificate in Sales & Marketing) the first payment will be due on application and each of the four consectutive monthly payments will be 1/4 of the full qualification fees, a valid credit/debit card is required for this option.

• For the eight consecutive monthly payment option (excluding Introductory Certificate in Marketing and Certificate in Sales & Marketing) an inital payment of £352.50 (including VAT) and an administration fee of £58.75 (including VAT) will be due on application. Each of the seven subsequent monthly payments will be the remaining qualification fee divided into equal payments and paid through standing order.  You will need to send a completed standing order mandate form along with your application form.
