CAM Exemptions

Marketing & Consumer Behaviour Module exemptions

Available as part of the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Digital Marketing
  • Diploma in Mobile Marketing
  • Diploma in Metrics & Analytics
  • Diploma in Digital Media & Branding
  • Diploma in Marketing Communications


Qualifications entitling an exemption for the Marketing and Consumer Behaviour module:

  • CIM Professional level 4 or above qualification
  • Marketing and Consumer Behaviour from another CAM qualification
  • Marketing degree from a valid university*

Digital Marketing Planning Module exemptions

If you have completed the e-Marketing Award (2006 syllabus) then you are exempt from the Digital Marketing Planning Module, part of the Diploma in Digital Marketing qualification.

Public Relations Module exemptions

Available as part of the Diploma in Marketing Communications qualification.

Qualifications entitling an exemption for the Public Relations module:

  • CIPR Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations
  • Public Relations module gained from the Diploma in Marketing Communications

Advertising Module exemptions

Available as part of the Diploma in Marketing Communications qualifications.

Qualifications entitling an exemption for the Advertising module:

  • CIPR Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations
  • Advertising module gained from the Diploma in Marketing Communications
